Shanghai Jinxin Forging Co., Ltd. is a professional forging and processing enterprise that mainly produces automobile forgings and driving shaft forgings. It has complete forging development, production, processing and quality assurance capabilities such as forging manufacturing, mold manufacturing, and forging production of driving shaft processing, forging processing, metallographic and mechanical performance testing of materials and products. It can produce precision die forgings of 0.2kg~20kg and precision machining of driving shafts.
The company was founded in 2005, covers an area of 33,000 square meters, the first phase of the plant area is 5,600 square meters, the planned construction area is 15,000 square meters, 10 forging production lines, and the annual production capacity is more than 15,000 tons. Six active shaft processing lines process more than 500,000 pieces per year, with a planned staff of 350 people, including 30 managers and 69 middle and senior technicians. It is the promotion and development of Rui'an Red Star Forging in Shanghai, and it is currently in a stage of rapid development. The company invests in new infrastructure and production testing equipment, has a 300T to 1600T friction press forging production line, adopts medium-frequency induction heating and automatic temperature sorting to ensure that the forging heating temperature is accurate
